Lift Engineering Services
Maximum Lift Engineering provides independent lift and transport engineering services for complex and high-risk operations. We support contractors, fabricators, owners, and logistics teams with practical engineering solutions that reflect real site conditions, not just theoretical capacity.

Our team has over 10 years of industry experience working across heavy industrial, infrastructure, energy, and modular construction projects. We focus on clear calculations, constructible plans, and coordination with field crews to ensure lifts and transports can be executed safely and efficiently.

Services are provided from early planning through execution support, including engineering reviews, lift studies, transport planning, and temporary works design. All work is carried out with an emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and practical field application.
Heavy Lift Planning
Engineering support for complex lifting operations, including crane selection, lift geometry, rigging layouts, load calculations, and lift sequencing. Plans are developed using CAD and 3D models to reflect site constraints and actual execution conditions.
Rigging Design & Analysis
Rigging studies covering sling selection, load distribution, center of gravity verification, and connection detailing. Designs are checked against applicable codes and manufacturer limits to ensure safe load paths and redundancy where required.
Transportation Engineering
Engineering and planning for the movement of heavy and oversized loads by road, rail, and SPMT. Services include route reviews, load analysis, transport configuration, stability checks, and coordination with transport providers.
Crane & Equipment Selection Studies
Independent crane and equipment selection based on lift requirements, site access, ground conditions, and operating radius. Studies include capacity checks, configuration reviews, and evaluation of alternative lift strategies where needed.
Lift Equipment Design
Design of custom lift equipment and temporary works to support lifting and handling operations. This includes spreader beams, lifting frames, trunnions, grillages, and support structures, designed for strength, constructability, and site conditions.
Execution & Site Support
Engineering support during execution, including constructability reviews, method statements, lift plan reviews, and on-call technical assistance. Support is focused on resolving field issues efficiently while maintaining engineering intent and safety margins.
